Who knew such happiness could come from something as simple as home grown vegies......
It makes me feel responsible ;) even though chad does most of the 'hard' stuff and I just water and occassionally prune :)
These were our 'crops' in October when we first planted them.........

Delish!! I love having dinner with our home grown produce and LOVE seeing Jazzy pick a few tomatoes to snack on while she's playing outside.....
Maybe I could be a pioneer after all (just don't ask me to wash all our clothes by hand. That would take FOREVER with a daughter that literally changes her undies every hour or so :)

OH I can't wait for warmer weather. These pictures make me long to get my hands dirty!
well done, that is fantastic
good on you guys!! next time your in the neighbourhood i should get you to give me a lesson ( i am NO green thumb).
hahaha thats funny about jazzys undies cause livy does it too- i am constantly finding worn pairs tossed all over the house!
I so love a family veggie garden. Great family activity and they taste sooo much better home grown. Excellent work and I love that you allowed the kids to be involved too! N x
Well done!!! I am battling it out with resident bunnies and sparrows. I never thought I would have corn growing in my garden though! Herbs thrive. My pumpkins and apple cucumbers didn't make it :( I love the fact that kids learn patience when they garden, because it takes SO long for the rewards! LOL at Jazzy watering Rylan. No wonder he is growing so fast!
Oh our poor veggie garden. We're still deciding if we'll do one or not this year. Yours looks great! Very impressive!
