Edible.....

Chad FINALLY agreed that today Lily was 'maybe' giving us 'real' smiles (even though i'm sure she's been doing them for weeks now :)

I tried to get a pic of how CUTE she was.....but I missed it. So this is her
post-smile face :)

Edible. I know.

I spend WAY too much time staring at her little face :) But can you blame me :)

And I know she has 'sick' on her chin in the next picture. She pretty much always does. Her projectiles are HUGE....they usually end up all over me :) I think she throws up more than all my other babies combined. She often wears a few bibs at the same time and I just peel the layers off as needed.

I can't believe how much extra washing such a little girl makes :)

And tomorrow Chad goes back to work. Yes he has really been home since I had Lily over 6 weeks ago and now my second pair of hands will be gone. Ahhhh sigh I will miss all the work he does around here him :)

If your kids ever need......

......a costume for something you should call my sister Emma. I can almost guarantee that she'll have whatever your kids want in the GIANT dress up box she has at her place. My kids think it's pure heaven. They keep asking me when we're going to get our own dress up box :)

So last night right before bed when Rylan announced "I'm changing my costume for the book parade tomorrow" I knew exactly who to call and where to go......It's not the first time I've rocked up to my sisters the night before a costume is needed :). This time it was for the boys 'book character parade' at their school's annual book fair.

I think the characters they chose need no introductions.......

Rylan casting some kind of spell on me (probably one that will stop me taking so many photos of him :)

 

And I'm sure it comes as no surprise that Zahn dressed up as Spider-man and was breaking out his 'moves' while I was trying to take pictures. I'm surprised they're not all blurry with the amount of moving and kung-fu kicks this boy does :)

I love watching how excited the boys get over stuff like this!!

ps) PLEASE don't move too far away from us Aunty Emma.....what will we ever do without your dress up box YOU ;)

Back online.....

It's been forever. I know.

But we've had NO internet (oh the withdrawals :) and we currently have NO kitchen (yes I really mean that - NO kitchen) and half of our house looks like a construction site.....aaarrrrggghhh!!!!

Luckily we FINALLY got the internet back on yesterday (oh happy day) and I am determined to update this space and inundate it with pictures of our newest little girl. The cuteness is quite unbearable :)
