Happy Friday.....

After a somewhat 'rough' week in the department of listening for one of the boys in our household.....

I woke up this morning to that same boy racing around as fast as he could to get everything on his chart done. There were no need for reminders. Piano was done. Dishes were put away. Devotional wasn't rushed. And when everything was done he still had 45 minutes of playtime before we had to leave for school. It was a good morning. A really good morning.

He recognised the difference too.

(I have a 'love letter' waiting on his pillow for him when he gets home tomorrow. (he's at his schools annual father son camp).....I'm excited for him to get it.)
