I am guilty of THIS.
I have been asked the very question, "are you listening to me? Is the computer more important than me?" (please tell me it has happened to you too...... :)

My answer was "Of course not". But 'words are cheap and actions are priceless'.
After reading these words tonight, I vow to not let it happen again (OK - I will try my best to not let it happen again ;). Because the people in this picture (oh how I love their little faces :) are the 'things that matter most'!.

Guilty as charged...hence the reason I am blogging while Brad is at work and Gabe is still fast asleep. Don't feel too bad, we are all guilty at one point or another. At least you resolved to do better...that's what counts!
yes guilty. I laugh cause Nataliya constantly likes to push the keyboard tray shut while I'm typing.. drives me crazy.. I suppose I should leave computer stuff for night when they are asleep, but as our computer is in the tiny living room and on all day I sometimes sit down while I think they are playing quietly... obviously they think my attention is wandering away from them...
thanks again for your insight and thoughtful words, i agree with you, it can be two ways, our kids can be upset with us and we at them for putting other things first..... i also will try harder.... thanks

I need to be better at this too, lately I've been trying so hard to get these photo books done that I work on them while Jaren's awake and when Varian comes home. It's always a good reminder to put them aside and focus on your family. You're a lovely person Felicity and have so much to share! :)
