Happiness today was in Zahn's voice when he announced "this is the best day of my life" on the way home from his friends birthday party. It was in his prayer when he so sincerely said 'I'm so grateful I got to wear a superhero costume today". (love it)
It was the feeling I got when Jasmin gently stroked my cheek when I gave her a cuddle and a bottle before putting her in bed.
It was Rylan when he traded pokemon cards with his cousin. And in the laugh we shared in the rearview mirror driving to school yesterday.
It was dancing with Chad at a wedding reception and remembering our own wedding. 9 years ago.
It was my sister taking my children for the afternoon and loving them like her own. (that was happiness for me.......hehehe)
It was coming home to a clean house by the hands of that same sister. (you are always so good to me)
It was helping the kids pack their bags for the snow.
And it was in goodnight kisses and crazy stories that sent little boys to bed smiling.
