Freedom #2 - Post Edit

One of my most ADORED pictures.

It surprises me just how much a photo of little hands flying in the wind tells me about my girl at the age of 2.

POST EDIT: because this pic was a re-post I didn't put the explanation with it, so for those that were curious as to how I took the picture 'while driving' HERE is the original text ;)

It feels so free to have the air blowing through your fingers, but as a kid we were always told to keep our hands in the car so they didn't get hurt by another car. I'm still so psycho programed by that.

yes! I too tell my kids Hands IN! but it annoys me cause i used to love doing this as a kid. We used to also let the wind blow in our mouths and see how 'dry' we could make them without swallowing. Our van also had a sunroof and I remember when we were on holidays somewhere in a secluded spot my dad let us stand up and put our heads out of the sunroof!!(whist driving slower Im sure ;) Best thing EVer!!! ahhh childhood.

Reminds me of family car trips at Christmas, way before air conditioning was standard in the ford falcon two tone!
